HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Placing Your Order

  • Fax, email, or mail your order to us. We’ll send you an order acknowledgement once we’ve received your order. Your order will then be processed.
  • Let us know your method of shipping. If one isn’t specified, Promo Link will select the carrier and method in order to meet your deadlines. We’ll always choose a method that can be tracked unless you specify otherwise.
  • Reorders: Make sure to provide us with your invoice number or a previous order number.

Step 2: Send Your Artwork

  • Email your order to us. We’ll send you an order acknowledgement once we’ve received your order.
  • You’ll receive an artwork acknowledgement after we’ve received your artwork. Your order will then be processed.
  • NOTE: If there’s a problem with your artwork, an order specialist will contact you directly.

Step 3: Artwork Approval

We’ll send you a paper proof of your artwork via email for approval. If the proof is up to your standards simply reply and we’ll begin production. We can’t move forward until we receive your approval.

Step 4: Production & Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping notice. If applicable, we’ll include the tracking number so that you may track your order online.
